| cram.... yeah! so much cramming on reviewing. god.. nothing got into my mind since last night. i reviewed yet it feels like I'm floating. haha.. but then , i survived. learned all my lessons just this morning. yes, just this morning before the exams.
exams... math 1 exams. probability. calculus. factorials. statistics. range. central tendencies. etc. better not to talk about it..hahaha... o well.. keri lng!(my motto for the day).. as i have said earlier. i survived. i think i did well. i hope it is good enough for me to be exempted in the final exams. i only need 73! i really hope i got that grade or better, higher than that.
fast food!?! hmmpp... literally speaking... its really fast food. all of my meals for the day was eaten really fast because of the exams. eheheh.. morning, i think i ate it just for a minute and a half. lunch... rice in a box. eating while walking.. dinner?! hmm... quite fast because reviewing for history exam tomorrow... oh wait..... i have an exam!!! huh!?! and what the heck am i doing here?! blogging instead of reviewing?!?! Uhmmm...keri lang..! thank god for this brain squeezing day!

| first..... and last!?! |
| yeah! we had our first college field trip last septemeber 7-9. it was really fun. we enjoyed each others company and had tons of laughters.
September 7, about 10 in the evening, we left UPM-CAS to travel for our ilocos trip. ilocos is way too far from manila so we took about 8-9 hours in the bus. as usual, lots of talks with our blockm8s though they are kinda far from our seats because were in front and the intarmed pipz were in the middle of us.
we arrived at california grill chu-chu and ate our breakfast there. After having our breakfast, we went straight to laoag and first stop, nakilimutan q ung sequence.... hahaha (kinda forgot it.... poor memory...hihi).... ah okei.... first stop, marcos museum where in the remains of former president marcos was preserved and placed in a glass coffin. then we went straight to the malacañang of the north, the place used as office of marcos during his presidency. then, next would be the paoay church, one of the oldest church in the country (right?... im not so sure) hehehe.... but i think it is based on its appearance...
after going to these spots, we went already to the resort where we will stay till next morning. RESORT...... the beach..... what else could we do?!?! of course.....SWIM!!!! and yes we swim... lots of gags and bloopers in the beach... it was the best!!!! my blockm8s are fun to be with. they are very outgoing. after few hours dipping our skins in the salty sea water and rolling in the shore, we went to the resort to rest coz what we did in the beach was very exhausting.
the next day, we went to different museums such as the burgos and the crisologo in vigan. we also went to a pottery were we actually saw how pots were made. we ride the kalesa going to the church(with the tower) ...i forgot the name... and then to the heritage village where you can actually see the architectural styles during the spanish rule. it is still preserved. we bought some pasalubongs there such as longganisa, crafts, bags, shirts etc.
the vigan trip was over. next would be the bangar, la union. there we actually had two destinations, the basket weaving and basi blah-blah. basket weaving was fun fun but i had no chance of trying it since those bio people interfered...hehehe... peace bio freshies. then to the basi, we were given a chance to taste the basi. basi is a sugarcane wine popular in the north anyways. then, we actually also had a chance to harvest eggplants. it was itchy but nice. in the midst of this trip, of course, pictorials would never get away. lots of memories.
i love the ilocos trip. my blockm8s are happy and so was I. it is surely a memorable experience for everyone of us. yeah.... it is the first field trip in college........ and i hope it wont be the last.!

| its so damn fuckin irritating that some people dont understand your point! conflict in schedules?! actually its so easy to solve this fuck shit problem. what they only have to do is to set their priorities. rank them in order. then decide whether they have to sacrifice some things. and thats it! is it hard to understand what i am saying?!
Crap that swimming! i dont want to pursue it anymore. it gives me a headache which is not really important. lots of things must be done first. i so hate the elections too! senate, im pleading you guys....please pass the bill that will dissolve this SK. i find it a scrap. it will be just a ground for corruption. youths that recievge money from the government any projects proposed and materialized. so damn it! gawd... |

| last 2 days of sem |
LOTSA FUN! thats how i can describe the last two days of the first semester for AY 2007-2008. i will definitely miss my block mates for this semestral break.
october 22. RH lobby.
i went to UPM even though i have nothing to do there. im exempted in our math1 finals. since, staying at home for several days is really really boring, i just decided to go there. i came there at about 2:30 i think. i saw Care and Marie reviewing for their exams(Marie only, care is just helping her... care is also exempted). then others came. aven brought her digicam. and since, we love taking pics... yeah we were cam whores... so, we took pictures. emo day as we call it. since we looked gothic in the pics. candid shots. etc. when it reached 4:30, they need to get inside the testing center. so, what i did,.,. just went home and greeted those who will take the test, "good luck!".
october 23. many locations.
7:30. i woke up very late. i have a class at 9:45 and i need 2 hrs to go to school. but thank god, i came there just on time. comm exam. god! certified nosebleed! its hard. yeah really hard. outlining. precis and paraphrase. last years exam is way easier that the present. 11:45... its done! this is it... pusit! last day of the semester. no more things to do. no more requirements. sembreak! (but i realize... sembreak is boring).. what happened next?! we went to Robinson's and took our lunch. we ate at karate kid. used chopsticks pretending we really know how to use them...hehehe... after eating... the cam whores started again. taking pics at karate kid.. then we decided to go to SM north edsa... we went to aven's pad first so she can get money. we stayed there for a couple of minutes. charged the digicam. refreshed a little bit. washed faces. and poof! go to SM north ed. the trip was kinda long so i decided to take a sleep. hehe... it was raining yet we still go to what we planned. we jumped off the bus. walked in the overpass going to the said mall. then there we went straight to the ticket booth. bought 4 tickets for APAT DAPAT, DAPAT APAT.. bought popcorns. get inside the movie theater. watched the movie. laughed so much. then thats it. the movie was over. again... taking pics inside and outside the movie house. cam whores tlga! after that. to Goldilocks, Marie brought some breads then to red ribbon. ate some Sylvannas. then decided to go back home after the very tedious day. ride a fx to kalaw. bus to alabang. then jeep to cavite. and at last im home!
here's pictures for the said dates.

Banknote collectors have something to look forward to in 2008. In commemoration of the centennial of the University of the Philippines (UP), the "Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has approved the overprinting of the image of the Oblation on new hundred peso bills to be circulated soon" (up.edu.ph).
The image above is only a speculation. Overprints are usually done on the white space on the right side of the banknote. The overprinted bills will most likely be issued in 2008, the year of UP's centennial.
The Oblation is the iconic symbol of the University of the Philippines, represented by a man with arms wide-stretched and face facing up, symbolizing selfless offering of one's self to his country. |
